Ingredients
- 4 cup - Milk
- 2 tbsp - Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 oz - Bittersweet chocolate
- ¼ cup - Turbinado or raw sugar
- 2 tsp - El Yucateco Chipotle Hot Sauce
- ½ tsp - Ground mace
- ½ tsp - Ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp - Vanilla extract
Preparation
- In a saucepan, bring ½ cup milk to a boil then add the other ingredients except for the remaining milk and whisk to dissolve. Stir in the other 3½ cup milk and bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to mugs and serve.
