- El Yucateco Grilled Pineapple and Habanero Hot Sauce
- 2 oz - Light rum
- 1 ½ oz - Cream of coconut
- 1 oz - Pineapple juice
- ½ oz - Lime juice
- ½ cup - Frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup - Ice cubes
- Pineapple wedge to garnish
- Drizzle 1-2 tsp of the El Yucateco Habanero & Grilled Pineapple Hot Sauce around the inside of the glass to create a swirl effect.
- In a blender, combine white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and ice cubes. For a spicier cocktail, add a few extra dashes of Habanero & Grilled Pineapple sauce to the mix. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the frozen mixture into the swirled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
