Ingredients
Shrimp
- 16 Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp - El Yucateco Black Marisquera Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp - Paprika
- 1 tsp - Garlic powder
- 1 tsp - Onion powder
- ½ tsp - Dried oregano
- ½ tsp - Dried thyme
- 1 tbsp - Olive oil
- 1 tsp - Salt
Guacamole
- 2 Ripe avocados
- ½ Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup - Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 16 Crackers
Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high.
- In bowl, mix El Yucateco Black Marisquera Hot Sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, olive oil, and salt. Coat shrimp with the mixture and let marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Mash avocados in a bowl. Add red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt; stir to combine.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes each side.
- Spread guacamole on the crackers and stick a shrimp vertically on each cracker.
