Ingredients
- 4 Thick slices watermelon
- 2 tbsp - Olive oil
- ½ cup - Crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup - Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- Balsamic glaze to taste (optional)
Preparation

- Brush watermelon slices with olive oil.

- Grill watermelon 2 -3 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear.
- Cut grilled watermelon into bite-sized chunks.
- Toss with crumbled feta and fresh mint. Drizzle of balsamic glaze (optional).
