BBQ Baked Brie with Fig Jam


  • 1 Wheel of brie cheese
  • ¼ cup - Fig jam
  • 1 tbsp - Chopped pecans
  • 1 Baguette, warmed and sliced


  1. Preheat your grill for indirect cooking.
  2. Place wheel of brie into a small, heat-proof dish.
  3. Smother the brie with fig jam and top with chopped pecans.
  4. Cook over indirect heat until oozy, about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with slices of baguette or crackers of your choice.
